NCEA Refund Policy
|
NCEA offers the following refund policy for our events:
- Cancellations up to 60 days before the event, will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
- Cancellations up to 30 days before the event, will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price.
- Cancellations up to 11 days before the event, will receive a 25% refund of the purchase price.
- Cancellations within 10 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
- Substitutions accepted up until the day of the event. Notification to NCEA required.
This refund policy applied to all NCEA events including our Summer Institute and Annual Conference, unless otherwise specified.
