Summer Institute will be presented by SkillPath, a premier provider of
leadership training all over the world. For nearly 20 years, SkillPath has
utilized real-life examples, practical methods and modern techniques to make
training informative and enjoyable. Topics for this year’s Summer Institute will be presented by Dave Bowerman and
include Developing the Leader within You, How to Lead…Motivate…Inspire, Develop
a Leadership Style That Works, Speak So Others Know How to Follow, and What
Teams Really Need from Their Leaders.
Network and Recreate
In addition to a lineup of fantastic speakers, there are also ample opportunities for recreation and networking in spectacular St. Louis and the surrounding area. Included in the evening festivities is a delicious welcome Bar-b-que at Babler State Park, an evening at the Muny to see "My One and Only," and a closing banquet that will tantalize your tastes! You may want to extend your stay through the weekend and enjoy all St. Louis has to offer!
Who Should Attend?
Members and leaders in emerging and developing Community Education Associations, in addition to emerging leaders and partners. NCSCEA, a committee of NCEA, exists to help build state Community Education Associations. Learn how to develop your association, network, and strengthen the resources that you already have!
